LULI CONCERT 2017 might have come and gone but the impressions left behind by the organisers will remain indelible. Yes, it’s a fact that the key to happiness is having a dream but the key to success is to make the dream come true. The entire members of our church should appreciate the formidable efforts of the organisers of the well-hyped event, which held yesterday, 22-09-2017 at National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos for a job well done.

From all walks of life within and outside the shores of the country, members and non-members of the church gathered to witness the glorious and one of the best religious gatherings in the country as at this moment in the year 2017. It’s a wonderful experience indeed as the turn out exceeded the organisers’ expectation. The truth that should not be carpeted is that, the crowd was far too large for the venue but let’s give kudos to the organisers who have really achieved great feats.

High points of the event are when the Music czar, Dr. Wole Adetiran, Music director, CCC Worldwide, was honoured, first, for sharing same birth year with the church and secondly for the seeds he has planted in the music industry from inception that have all become successful people in various fields in the entertainment industry home and abroad. He was honoured with a Life Time Achievement Award with the sum of N200. Other anonymous donation that came in for the musicologist of our time was a bit over half a million naira.

Worthy of note is the duet of Remi Olabanji, the Celestial Church Music Apostle Worldwide, and Akin Adebayo which turned out to be one of the best things to have happened. Their collaboration made it difficult for people to remain on their seats as everyone got on their feet dancing their hearts out in appreciation of the God and the talents that abound in the performers.

We at #CNO indeed say congratulations to the #TeamLuliConcert for the successful hosting of this year’s event. The success was made possible through the support of so many people. The anchors of the event gave a good representation of their skills, most especially Ibukun Oni, the handsome dude whose dexterity in presenting the event was flawless. We know that subsequent editions of LULI CONCERT will, no doubt, continue to break the barriers of segregation and foist unity in/of the church leading to the biggest white garment church in the world to reclaim its place of pride.

Halleluiah!

    Halleluyah!!!
With gladness and joy in my hearth, I give kudos to the organizers of this glorious event. May the God of Celestial reward them bountifully.
I think I should make a comment from where you stop, “…….leading to the biggest white garment church in the world to reclaim its place of pride”.
Appreciating all the efforts, presentations, and celebrations of this LULI concert, and seeing the success and its unification of our members old and young, male and female, regardless of versions or factions, as it were, we can see that bringing the glory of the church back as one is not a difficult issue as being displayed by our elders. If we can come together like this to merry and celebrate, why can’t we stay together in every aspect as supposed, which had been the only reason for our pride in greatness and leading role as a white garment church.
All we need is not physical energy, like its been put to place to make the LULI concert what we witnessed, but to be parented and factored by spiritual energy. This is a spiritual church as we all know and accepts. The grace of LULI is spiritual. Spiritually, we can come together and gain our ground again and stop being tagged as “socially generated” all the time. Most of our elders, with all due respect, are spiritually derailed and do not know what they are doing or how they are doing it. Its when you know what you are doing, that you know how to do it. This can only be, if you are in spirit. We need to go back to basis if we want to get the avenue “leading to the biggest white garment church in the world to reclaim its place of pride”
The glory of God is one, and God is the owner of the church, CCC, HIS spirit is the pillars of the church. So, the glory of Celestial Church of Christ is one. No matter what anyone thinks or do, its going to be where it was as its supposed to be. May God bless us all. Thank you
