While many of our members are doing well in their various fields of endeavor, one lady who has remained constant in impacting change into the lives of our youth and empowering them to be useful for themselves in life is one of the beautiful daughters of Monday John Odiye, former Transmission boss, Abosede Oyinlola.

You and I will quite agree to this fact that the true measure of success is not to flaunt it but to touch and transform the people who are not as blessed as we are with the substance of our success, so it always help, in a way, when we remember that everyone is doing their best from their level of consciousness.

Oyinlola who runs Lolabs Enterprises Ventures and Transmission Foundations respectively is given it all out to empower at least 50 Celestial Church youths in various skill acquisition field so they can become future leaders and self-dependent like her. Leaders, as the usual saying, become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others. The corporate interior decorator and business woman, Oyinlola Odiye has become someone who makes everyone feel like somebody through her empowerment programme.

No doubt, Abosede is a woman who is powerful beyond measure with a beautiful heart beyond description filled with service for others. For Abosede the beauty of empowering others is that your own power is not diminished in the process.

‘If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are nothing but a leader. Leadership is about empowering others to achieve things they did not think possible. Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel,” She borrowed a line from one of the notable quotes of empowerment.
