One of the oracles of God in Celestial Church of Christ, Special Most Snr. Evangelist Ajala Kayode of Calvary Parish, Ogba, Ikeja area of Lagos is not finding the handwork of some social media hackers funny as you are reading this. For some days now, these spammers have used his social media account to post all sorts of unclad contents. The reason for their action is not known but the preacher and writer has promised to check their excess and restore his page back to its original status.

To inform his friends and followers about the ugly development, Ajala Kayode has posted on his Facebook page that:

It has just been brought to my notice that some unscrupulous elements have hacked my Facebook account and are posting sexual and immoral content, giving the wrong impression that such postings are from me. Please disregard such as I would never assault the sensibilities of decent and well-meaning people on this platform with such lewd postings. Be assured that steps are being taken to nip the activities of these social media rats in the bud. Thank you and God bless. Kayode Ajala (Jp).”

  1. Sup Evangelist (Barrister) Olawole Famakinwa says:

For a moment I thought that our MSE Ajala was leading a double life. I am pleased that he remains a very decent and upright brethren.

I recall another a story I read recently about a sister who was ‘outed’ recently. She was an active member of the Choir and Prayer Warriors group in Church and on the Church WhatsApp platform. One day she mistakenly sent her topless and sexy photos, ostensibly meant for a private individual to the Church WhatsApp prayer Warriors platform. What an error! Her embarrassment and shame was real and great as members of the Church recognized her and could not understand how they were receiving these tasteful photos and accompanying lurid texts from the Sister, unsolicited. The mistake helped everyone to see the parallel life of this lady away from the Church. I trust that the Church will forgive her and pray that she be delivered from the sin of sending debauched photos to men. Amen. Maybe the photos and accompanying messages were for an unnamed member of the Prayer Warriors Group. We would never know. It takes two to tango. No hackers at work here.
In the very early days of Facebook I was caught out too. I declared some sensitive information to a woman. Unknown to me, it was on her wall rather than her inbox. A very helpful friend quickly rang me to tell me that such intimate information should go in the inbox. Even now I make sure of the destination of the post before I send it. I will not have the benefit of blaming hackers.
