Don’t Close Your Mouth Celestial Church Members

For a very long time we have been witnessing all sorts of anomalies from our pastors, shepherds, prophets, prophetesses, choristers, evangelists and many others but we seem to be comfortable with that. No one is talking because of the fear of the unknown.

It’s shocking why we don’t have a man like Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, a great man of prayer, who interceded for his nation, Israel when they brought an abominable woman to their camp and he took the right decision in Numbers 25: 7-8, “When Phinehas the son of Eleazar saw it, he arose from the midst of the congregation and took a spear in his hand, and he went after the man of Israel into the tent and pierced both of them through, the man of Israel and the woman, through the body. So the plague on the sons of Israel was checked.”

This plaque affecting the church will continue until a man like Phinehas do the right thing. Have you ever wondered why things are like this? Have you ever being disturbed why we are not getting it right 33 years after the demise of the Pastor Founder? It’s simply because the disunity caused by the leadership of the church out of their selfish interest is favouring some people and they don’t seem to give a hoot what happens to the church.

We must all look into the despicable condition of the church and do the needful. As I gathered through several comments on #CNO that the committee for the 70th anniversary are compelled to part with N250,000 and above towards the building of the Imeko Cathedral. This is a church that has taken the global Celestial Church of Christ 33 years to complete, the task now rests on less than 50 people to build.

The people no longer trust Ketu anarchy rule, there are so many things kept from the people, there are so many unresolved issues and the authority at Ketu is seemingly silent about it. You cannot rule a church the Machiavellian way, it’s not possible, people will revolt and when they do, the leadership will be greatly affected.

I think building of Imeko should be a collective effort. Though, we at #CNO thumb up the move of Pastor Mobiyina Oshoffa to have constituted the committee saddled with the responsibility of the Imeko project completion but some things are not rightly placed.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results, this is the time for a new blood to take over the mantle of leadership in terms of decision making and constructive administration so that it can be well with us all! Halleluiah!!!
