Gossiping About Your Shepherd; The Danger In It

August 28, 2022 / Odunmbaku James / On The Spot / 1 Comment »

Gossiping is a dangerous and ungodly habit that many Celestians have acquired as a gift, but they shouldn’t have because of the results. Talking about other people behind their backs never promotes unity.

Most Celestians often gossip about the life of their shepherds which is wrong and they do not understand the spiritual effect of this act. Some members even rubbish the sermon of most Shepherds when it comes to parenting, most Celestians often say some Shepherds do not lead by example.

The spiritual effect or danger in it isn’t something most members could handle. God is always against any man going against His genuine anointed. The Bible says touch, not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm, gossiping is a dangerous thing.

Why are we warned not to gossip? Aside from the fact that it is not fitting for a Celestian and that God doesn’t want it, gossiping about your Shepherd might seize many spiritual blessings God has in stock for you. He Cherishes His anointed no matter how bad he is, they are His mouthpieces in the church.

Gossiping about your shepherd might make you lose a relationship with God. The Shepherd in your Church is God’s representative, listen to him every time because he speaks for God in the Church.

Shepherds too are humans, they are not perfect but only the strength they believe in. They face many spiritual battles day and night, and without resting, they keep on praying for their members. So, talking about their Children and wives isn’t godly and acceptable before God.

Are you still part of those gossiping about his ministry or family? Stop that today and turn a new leave because members are not the judge over the real anointed men of God.

Alleluia
