How CCC Olowu Cathedral’s Shepherd, Baba Gbeke Died!

September 5, 2022 / Alonge Michael / Uncategorized / 6 Comments »

The entire congregation of CCC Olowu Cathedral, Lagos Island was shocked to hear the ugly news of their loving shepherd AMSE Gbekeoluwa earlier today.

According to information from Olowu Parish, their Shepherd and Head of Disciplinary Committee of Celestial Church worldwide, Baba Gkeke Delivered the sermon yesterday, after a couple of minutes he went to rest, came out at about 3pm to officiate a Christening service, and about 6 to 7pm after the service ended, he was taken to the hospital and from there he passed on.

While he was in his inner chamber to have a short rest, it was discovered that his blood Pressure was on the high side so he needed to rest but he only took a nap and came out again for a Christening Service by 3pm. It was obvious that the stress he put himself through during the naming of the newborn that led to him being rushed to the hospital.

Many of our shepherds don’t understand how to rest; they are always ubiquitous but the body, as they say, is not firewood. He was 73 years.

May Jehovah rest his soul and grant him to His Kingdom. Amen.

We at #cno commiserate with the entire parishioners and pray almighty God grants you all the fortitude to bear this loss. Accept our condolences.

Alleluia

Iam sending my Condolences to All the Elders and the Entire members of CCC Olowu Parish. This incident remind me of the Revelation sent to the Celestial hyrachy early this year about Aheoherds of Celestisl will be dying how they will due is not explained. My advice to all the CCC Shepherds from now, go always take some rest and do monthly check on health. Most Shepherd will stand on the Pulpit on Sunday preaching for more than two hours and again stand up to take the offerings for another one hour plus..
Iam very proud of this Church, because I’d a complete Holy Church. The Shepherd was moved yo the hospital before he passaway. Ijo Mimo ‘promiae for us is Aki yio gbe oku wole tabi gbe oku jade ninu ljo wa. Haleluya. May Oluso Gbeke be counted worthy in God’s kingdom.Amen
