I just hope some of us will agree with me that Celestial Church of Christ is a sacred place and those who worship in it should worship Jehovah in holiness. Today, I worshiped at one of the parishes of the church in Lagos and a message came from one of the Prophets concerning the choir and why many of them are not rubbing shoulders with international stars in the gospel genre in the global music scene.
The message, as delivered to the shepherd, is about some members of the choir who take Marijuana and think they are using that to get high forgetting one fact that even if you take ordinary water, Holy Spirit can get you to the highest place to the bewilderment of all and sundry.
According to the message, some angels of glory, obviously led by Angel Gabriel, a Harbinger of good news, descended to the choir while the songs for Thanksgiving were being rendered and suddenly they perceived an odour of Marijuana in some members and they, the angels, didn’t waste much time to return to where they came from. The reasons, as inquired by the prophet in trance, is because they said they, the angels, don’t like to perceive such odours in Celestial realm, so it’s forbidden for them to keep watch over such persons or deliver any good news to them.
Now we can all see why it’s forbidden for us as Celestial Church members to do away with all sorts of intoxicants be it hard drinks, cigarettes, Marijuana or what have you.
