Now That Rev Paul Maforikan Is Gone….- Olu Oschoffa

November 26, 2016 / Alonge Michael / Give & Take / Add Comment »

olu-oshoffaThis is from one of the active members of this great church popularly called Olu Oshoffa. He’s based in New Zealand but it will shock so many people that he’s not directly related to the late sage, Prophet, Pastor, Founder SBJ Oshoffa. He only adopted the name, as we were made to understand, and has since be using it as his surname.

Kindly ponder on his submission and give your candid opinion about the way forward. Thanks.

“Let’s see it that Pastor Paul Suru Maforikan is gone home to rest. History teaches us that unity is strength, and cautions us to submerge and overcome our differences in the quest for common goals, to strive, with all our combined strength, for the path to true Celestians brotherhood and unity. Where do we go from now? Do we remain in our self-centred, egotistic behaviours? The reason why the world lacks unity and lies broken and in heaps is because man is disunited with himself. 1 Corinthians 3:4

One will say, “I am a follower of Paul,” and another says, “I follow Apollo’s,” aren’t you acting just like people of the world? The Doctrine of the Trinity teaches that within the unity of the one Godhead there are three separate persons who are coequal in power, nature, and eternity.

Let us see the dead of Pastor Paul Suru Maforikan as a room for reconciliation. You`re not the same individual you were a year ago, a month ago, a day ago or a weeks ago. Don`t let people bring you down. It is easy to see why a diversity of cultures should confront power with a problem. If culture is about plurality, power is about unity. How can it sell itself simultaneously to a whole range of life forms without being fatally diluted?

Life eternal is to live in unity, in families, with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Eternal life is only possible through the keys of the priesthood of God, which were restored through the Jesus Christ. Holding that eternal goal before the youth you lead is as great a gift as you could give them.

Let us reject violence, selfishness, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars–their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulphur., which could destroy our church’s unity. For Christians, who believe they are created in the image of God, it is the Godhead, diversity in unity and the three-in-oneness of God, which we and all creation reflect.”
