It is no longer news that some parish choristers sing ungodly songs during services most especially during praises where everyone puts on their ‘dancing shoe’.
This is absolutely inappropriate, as they disregard the sacred act of praise and worship unto God (Ephesians 5:19) ” speaking to yourselves In psalm and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord”.
What exactly are we insinuating there is an order of worship and kind of songs to sing, we beseech shepherds and elders to caution their choristers to do away from ungodly and wordy songs in the Church.
The church leadership has come out severally to warn the choir against such bad behaviour but the members themselves will like to ‘shake or gbe body’. There is a way you sing and dance godly, not every dance is ungodly and not every dance in the tabernacle of God is Godly. Let the spirit lead you!
