Walking And Working With God In CCC:  Hymn 694 Says It All!

I was in an office to submit a letter on their request. The letter was personally addressed to me. When I gave a photo copy to the sec, she rejected it and demanded for the original. I told her the letter was mine. She took a better look and discovered it was addressed to me and not to her boss. So, she apologized.

Whenever you are submitting your credentials for any application, you often submit photocopies and not originals. Originals may be presented for verification but not given away.

The world at times can’t comprehend the originality of Christ Jesus in the children of God. All they see, is a photocopy. No wonder Jesus said:

Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Only the workings of God through by light can make us do good works for his pleasure.

Electronics are powered by electricity to work for the pleasure of mankind. Believers are powdered by GOD’S light do good works for God.

Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.

Phi 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Phi 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Col 1:29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

In the body of Christ, we work with God (not the work of salvation) and not for man. If you work for men (and not God in the man), then the men are working in you and not God in you. Thus, expect only rewards from men and not God.

Mat 10:41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

CCC Hymn 694

1.Let’s work for the

purification of our soul….

Going by this hymn:

  1. As we work with (of course, simultaneously walk with) God in CCC, we experience the purification of our soul. This is how we work out our salvation.

Phi 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, workout your own salvation with fear and trembling.

You can’t work out your salvation if you are not walking with God as you work with (for)  God.

  1. When 1. is in line, such a believer is invariably working for the church And thus, can be termed a church worker. Therefore, by spiritual default, anyone who walks and works with God is a church worker. Consequently, holy heaven in mind is the status of your soul.
  2. With 1 and 2, we work with pure and holy love. Thus, we conquer evil.

By 1 to 3,

  1. You wouldn’t work because of money or earthly benefits because you walk with God.
  2. You wouldn’t work for human recognition or applause.
  3. You won’t work in envy, strike, division, selfish interest and selfish ambition.

Walk and work in love!
