The 1980 CCC Constitution is a rock of offence and a stumbling block to Rev. EMF and his self-serving agenda. The reason is what #cno has explained below:
Concerning the CCC Constitution, on a scale of 1 through 10. 1 being worst and 10 being best, Rev. EMF Oshoffa would score 1. The reason is that he doesn’t seem to have the slightest understanding of the importance of the constitution. We arrived at that conclusion because of his lackadaisical attitude towards the constitution and the rule of law.
How can Rev. EMF swear under oath to abide by the church’s Constitution but refuse to obey the court order when they discovered he was walking in violation of the most sacred section 111 of the Constitution? This is one of several instances when Rev. EMF is caught with his hands in the cookie jar. This is a severe character issue.
Except for those who have murdered the truth, anyone will agree with me that a lawless leader cannot have a law-abiding church. What kind of example is Rev. EMF showing to the world?
Now, let us analyse the qualities of a good leader according to scripture and see how Rev. EMF faired on the scale.
1 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task.
2 Therefore, an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,
3 not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.
4 He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive
5 for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God’s church?
6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil. – 1 Timothy 3:1-7
Out of about twenty qualities that a religious leader is supposed to display, Rev. EMF barely scaled through one, and that is because it is a requirement for CCC members not to drink. (Though some of his close allies have said he drinks wine, we at #cno may not be too sure on this since he has not been caught with it.)
That was the significant mistake made by the registered Trustees in the unconstitutional appointment of Rev. EMF.
We do not know if he manages his household well or if his children are submissive to him but we have an abundance of evidence about his not being trustworthy.
They did not take time to vet Rev. EMF before bringing him from the jungle of spiritual illiteracy to become the leader of CCC Worldwide.
Like the typical African leader, once they have tasted power, money, and women, they would rather die than give such up willingly, with dignity. Where I have lied, you ranters, bring it out and let’s analyse it.
Rev. EMF swore to an affidavit in 2005 that he would abide by the rules and regulations of the Constitution of the Celestial Church of Christ. In 2015 he was removed by the llaro court for not meeting the requirements of the 1980 CCC Constitution. He was instructed by the court to stop parading himself as the Pastor of CCC Worldwide, instead, he daily parades himself with flamboyant robes as a strategy to confuse the gullible.
He is also known for collecting huge sums of money by laying empty hands on empty heads. (The story of Popoola at Ibara, Abeokuta is coming next, there you will see the conspiracy and sharp practices of this leadership of deceit) I have decided to reel out these facts because of some Facebook ants who call themselves vloggers who think all about #cno is a lie, the best I will advise you do is to bring out the truth, where it’s perceived that #cno lies)
Rev. EMF refused to follow the court order. In 2021 the Court instructed him again to maintain the status quo. Instead, he carried out a series of high-level appointments and has continued to engage in all sorts of strange and suspicious pastoral duties that made many wonders if he understands the danger of the contempt of court.
If they made him swear an affidavit in 2005 to abide by the church’s Constitution in the presence of Baba Rotimi Omotosho a.k.a 
Jorotom, one would expect him to respect the constitution and show some honour to his Dad’s legacy. However, the reverse is the case. He is determined to hang onto power by all means, even if it means allying with the Abuja team that humiliated his immediate Junior brother Evangelist Ebenezer just a few months ago. Or not doing much to restrain his siblings from publicly insulting the registered Trustees. Or if it means allying with Sup. Evang Tosho, who staged a failed coup against him seven years ago. Or if it means disrespecting Elder statesman Former President Obasanjo who was his supporter at one time. Or if it means allying with trouble-makers to remove the legal Trustees that worked so hard to help him advance the Church for close to 20 years.
From the above, there is an established pattern of lawlessness, betrayal, recklessness and flip-flopping with Rev. EMF, all to protect and preserve his self-centred agenda. This man will do anything illegal to falsely occupy a seat that is not meant for him. It will take the hand of God and the tough hand of the court to correct things.
